Product Marketing Manager (SaaS) – Fully Remote Part-Time: 4 hrs/day (7 PM–11 PM Asia/Dhaka) Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000/month About the Role You will lead how we bring our online software to market. Your focus is to develop go-to-market strategy and plans, conduct market research & competitive analysis, and drive digital marketing—especially Facebook ads, group engagement, and promotions. You’ll work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to plan launches, grow user numbers, and keep customers happy. What You’ll Do Go-to-Market Strategy • Plan and run launches for new features and regular product updates • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing on timing, pricing, and messaging Market Research & Competitive Analysis • Watch competitors’ offers, prices, and features • Talk to customers to learn their needs and pain-points Facebook Campaigns & Social Media • Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns (budgets, targeting, A/B tests) • Post in and engage with relevant Facebook groups • Join conversations, answer questions, and build a community Digital Promotion • Share posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels • Work with influencers or partner pages to expand reach Content Creation • Write simple blog posts, how-to guides, and social updates • Make easy videos, infographics, and slide decks for promotion Campaign Management • Set clear goals, budgets, and timelines for each campaign • Test headlines, images, and calls-to-action to find what works best Performance Monitoring & Analysis • Track metrics like clicks, sign-ups, trial conversions, and churn • Create simple reports and suggest improvements based on data Customer Onboarding • Improve self-service guides, in-app walkthroughs, and documentation • Make trial experiences smooth to boost activation and engagement Skills & Experience • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You turn data into action plans • Strong Communication: Clear writing and speaking in simple English • SaaS Marketing Know-How: Best practices for online software promotion • Digital Marketing Expertise: Facebook ads, SMM, group engagement • Independent & Collaborative: Work solo or with a team equally well • Customer-Centric Mindset: You care about user success and feedback Qualifications • Education: BBA, Master's in Marketing, or related (MBA is a plus) • Experience: o 2+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing o At least 1 year managing a SaaS platform • Technical Skills: o Comfortable with AI marketing tools and prompt-based automation o Understanding of digital audiences and conversion-focused promotion • Language: Strong command of English; a flair for marketing language Personal Qualities • Honest & Reliable • Team Player who shares ideas and helps others • Eager to Learn and grow from feedback • Accountable: Own your work and meet deadlines • Adaptable: Quick to embrace new tools and fast-moving projects Training & Growth • One-Week Hands-On Training to learn our product, tools, and marketing playbooks How to Apply Go to writixai.com and send your CV plus a short note on your Facebook or digital marketing successes by 10 June 2025.
