Outside the 7-day window, we review each case individually and aim to find a fair solution.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment
  • You have completed fewer than 20% of the course content included in your plan
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
  • This is your first refund request on the platform

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date
  • You have completed more than 20% of course content
  • Partial-month subscription cancellations (access continues until end of billing period)
  • One-time purchases of individual resources or downloads
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Duplicate refund requests (one refund per user lifetime)

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact Support

Visit our Contact page or email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".

Provide Details

Include your registered email address, the date of payment, your reason for the refund request, and your transaction/order ID if available.

Review (1–2 Business Days)

Our team reviews your request and notifies you of the decision via email within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processed

If approved, your refund is credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current cycle.

💡 Tip: If you cancel before the renewal date, you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the platform and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit regardless of the 7-day window. Please document the issue with screenshots when contacting us.

6. Free Plan & Trial

The free plan and trial features carry no charge, so no refund applies. If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, the 7-day refund window starts from the date of the first payment.
